Rachio COMMUNICATIONS

One of the coolest parts of my job at Rachio is communicating with our incredible customers. Sometimes, I get to chat with them about fun things (like some HQ fun), other times I have to break bad news or communicate some complicated things to our most valuable stakeholders. I push to be as transparent as possible with our customers and work to be as open, understanding, and empathetic as I can.
