oVERTONE LOYALTY

As the Director of Growth Content at oVertone, I managed our loyalty program and the relationship with our loyalty platform. I did not launch this program, only helped lead its success after launch. Our program was pretty light but was a big part of our customer research, promotion and revenue strategy, and lifecycle marketing strategy. We even won a Loyalty Lion Hall of Fame award for the best loyalty-based promotion in 2021. The below screenshots feature our Hall of Fame mention but also include a few of my favorite loyalty program stats, such as:
- Personalized emails have an average 20% CTR
- Our loyalty-led VIP email group has engagement rates that are nearly 200% higher than the average email
- Loyalty members (Color Club) have an average spend of 2.1x higher than non-Color Club members.
- Our loyalty program brought us a 20% increase in customer spend with 17% of total revenue is generated by loyalty customers.
